For all systems Firefox 2 is the recommended browser.
For Windows systems, Internet Explorer 6 and 7 are supported.
For Mac OS X systems, Safari 2 and 3 are supported. |

Does Java have to be enabled? |

Java must be enabled in order to use the rich text editor. Page text and forum message editing use the rich text editor. The Java Runtime Environment (JRE) version 1.5 or greater must be installed on the computer. For more information, see Java Runtime Environment. |

Yes! SiteScripter makes heavy use of JavaScript for form validation and advanced user interface functions. |

What type of server do I need to run the software? |

None! SiteScripter is a hosted service. Your library intranet will be hosted on our servers in Cleveland Ohio. We have two high-bandwidth connections to the Internet to ensure you have access to your web site. |

How many web pages can I have on my library intranet? |

There is no limit to the number of web pages you can create on your library intranet. |

How many files and images can I upload to my library intranet? |
| A: |
There is no limit to the number of files and images you can upload to your library intranet. There is a limitation on the total size these files and images can be. Each authorized member of your intranet is given 200 megabytes of disk space for files and images. A library with 60 authorized members can upload up to 12 gigabytes of files and images. Any of your editors can use this space to upload files and images. |
