SiteScripter uses the Editize rich-text editor Java applet for page content and forum message editing. A rich-text editor allows you to view and edit the format of your text much like using a word processor program. Java applets are small programs that run inside your web browser. In order for a Java applet to work properly, you must have the correct version of the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) installed on your computer. Editize requires that you have at least version 1.5 of the JRE installed.
