Rooms

Rooms can have individual opening and closing times for each day of the week. You can specify dates that a room is closed or location-wide closures and holidays. You can set up any number of locations. These may be different branches or various locations within one building. You can specify the minimum and maximum capacity for each room. Setting a minimum capacity prevents a large room from being reserved for a small meeting. You can specify any number of different room configurations. These help with the selection of rooms for specific purposes. You can also configure any number of rental categories and charge different rental rates and setup charges for each. Your first room is free. Additional rooms can be managed with the purchase of an annual subscription.
